Integrity is a quality that cannot be taught by any school or an institution. It is the most important element of the character, and one should inculcate it into his/her personality.
It is very interesting to observe that you can see a person's character in the smallest things; it doesn't take much to realize if you can rely on a person or not. One who is honest regarding small things, will also be honest in the bigger matters. But, one who lacks integrity in all things will not have it in any important matters of his/her life.
